Effective date: 25 June 2026
Element Grabber is a Chrome extension published by 4 MORE Labs Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16938741). This policy explains what the extension does and does not do with your information.
Element Grabber does not collect, sell, or transmit your personal data. It has no analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no servers operated by us. Everything the extension produces stays on your own device: on your clipboard, in your browser's local storage, and in your local Downloads folder. The only exception is if you explicitly connect your own Google Drive account, as described below.
chrome.storage.
This information is written to your clipboard, to your browser's local storage on your device, and/or to your local Downloads folder. It is never sent to 4 MORE Labs Limited or to any third party by the extension.
clipboardWrite: to copy the generated snippet to your clipboard.storage / unlimitedStorage: to save your settings and your
feedback notes and screenshots locally on your device (screenshots can exceed the small default quota).downloads: to save screenshots and exported reports to your Downloads folder.identity: used only if you choose to connect Google Drive (optional).<all_urls>): so the picker can work on whatever page you
are viewing. The content script only highlights and reads the element you select; it does
not transmit page data anywhere.
Google Drive sync is off by default. If you choose to connect it (using your
own Google OAuth client and your own Google account), the extension uses the Google Drive API
with the drive.file scope to store your feedback session (only files the extension
itself creates) in your own Google Drive. 4 MORE Labs Limited never receives, stores, or has
access to this data; it goes directly between your browser and your Google Drive.
Element Grabber's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data obtained via Google APIs is used only to provide the sync feature you enabled, is not transferred to others except to your own Google Drive at your direction, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans.
Local data stays on your device until you clear it (using the extension's "New session" or "Clear", by clearing the browser's extension storage, or by removing the extension). Any files synced to Google Drive remain in your own Drive and can be deleted by you at any time. You can disconnect Drive from the extension's popup, which removes the locally cached access token.
Element Grabber is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. 4 MORE Labs Limited does not guarantee the correctness, accuracy, or completeness of anything the extension produces, including captured data, selectors, screenshots, and exported reports. You use the extension entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4 MORE Labs Limited assumes no liability and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the extension.
The extension is a developer and productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and in the published extension.
